Pertama isi dulu formnya di Sini isi sesuai dengan nama kita dan berikan alasan kenapa harus diganti, yang perlu diperhatikan disini kita harus memberikan Scan/Foto tanda pengenal kita (bisa KTP/kartu pelajar atau semacamnya) jadi disini kita mengganti nama Facebook kita sesuai dengan nama asli..

Kemudian balas email tersebut dengan memberikan alasan perubahan nama kita disertai scan/foto tanda pengenal. Selesai.... selanjutnya tinggal menunggu beberapa hari mungkin bisa sampai 2 minggu hehhe (itu yang terjadi padaku XD)
